There
is still an opportunity to sign up for one of two Lent Groups, both of which
begin this week. The first is being
held at the Rectory led by the Rector. This
is an attempt to enter into the thought world of the Bible by examining
particular words which have subtly different
meanings
to the translation given in our English bible.
The
second is an examination of the meaning of the Mission through bible study and
stories from the Church of Ghana, one of whose dioceses is linked to the
Diocese of Edinburgh. The two groups
take place on Wednesday and Thursday respectively.
